We had a very basic accommodation at Hotel Am Schloss Ahrensburg, but it was clean and spacious. The room had a double bed made of two singles, side tables with reading lamps, and plenty of drawers for storage. The furniture included a business desk, chair, and armchair. There was a 24" flat panel TV and the bathroom had adequate space with a mirror. Soft bath and hand towels, as well as liquid soap, were provided. The hotel also offers FREE Wi-Fi in the room. The breakfast, available for an additional cost, was adequate with a variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located close to the castle and the city center, and it has a small free parking lot.

Convenient location near railway station and Hamburg center. Walking distance to restaurants and town center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. Some rooms have XL size bathtubs and sitting areas with fireplaces. Sauna available.

Inconsistent wifi connection.

The hotel offered great facilities, including a clean and spacious room and a nice and clean car park. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from and was delicious, with fresh and dried fruits, cereals, and yoghurts. The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, as it was close to many key attractions and amenities.

The price of the hotel was quite high compared to other hotels we have stayed in. the Wi-Fi was bad all over the hotel, which was quite frustrating.
